Angels come in many forms
Every day I either work with or think about my work with Angels.
I’m taught by them to accept life as it is and to find joy in the moment.
Of course they do nothing in particular to teach me this.
They are just who they are.
By their actions and gestures they teach me the beauty of simplicity and vulnerability.
They help me shed my ego, if only for the time I am with them.
Angels are everywhere.
Most of us shun them. But we often pray to them. A paradox of life.
I crave their essence. It’s nectar that runs through us all.
It’s found in undisturbed nature, it’s found in a breath.
It’s best discovered through serving (Action) and in the silence (Contemplation), those moments we allow ourselves to pause.
It is the enemy of ego.
It’s what the world needs to survive.
I love Angels.

We believe in service to humanity is an integral part of what it mean to be human. Serving with humility and grace. We offer support for people in need. An important part of maximising our day to ensure we are of service, is to be aware that we we are maximising our time in the present moment, which means not focusing on the future or the past. To help us achieve this we use the techniques of Mindfulness and Contemplation. Many of the posts and information on this web site relate to being more present in the "now" through Mindfulness and other Meditative techniques. To further this we offer training in Mindfulness and also the recognised therapeutical tool of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
